What age is best to start with Loondie Potty Undies™?
We recommend starting when your toddler shows signs of readiness—like staying dry for short periods, showing interest in the potty, or hiding to poop. That usually happens anywhere from 18 months to 3.5 years.
Do these work for night-time?
Our undies are best for daytime training. For naps and overnight, we recommend using our Nighttime Equipment for extra protection without going back to diapers.
How many pairs do I need?
Most families start with 5–10 pairs. That way, you won’t run out during the first few accident-heavy days.
What if my child refuses to wear them?
That’s okay—and normal! But these look and feel like real underwear, so most kids are excited to try them. Start with low-pressure encouragement and let your child lead the pace.
Are they machine washable?
Yes! Just toss them in with your regular laundry. Cold wash, tumble dry low. No fabric softener needed.
What if they don’t work for us?
We offer a 90-day Progress Guarantee. If you’re not seeing results or your child isn’t ready yet, we’ll help you swap sizes, exchange, or refund—no hassle.
Do I need to stop using diapers completely?
Not necessarily. Some parents go cold turkey, others switch gradually. Our system supports both—do what’s best for your child and your sanity.
How do I know what size to get?
Use our easy size guide. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
